E-mail has become really powerful. Just send a mail to customer care or lodge your grievance online, you will be surprised to get response. So if you bought an electronic device and it does not work well, or your bank does not work well or your policy insurer is delaying the payment, just send a mail to their customer care/grievance cell or public relation officer, and you will see the action.
