jai orkut!! its far popular and powerful than yahoo and other messenger and even the revolutionary invention like mobile phone!!
ppl dont meet...dont talk on phone..dont chat on yahoo...but they do orkutting...in a very short time orkut has got immense popularity..even companies that has blocked messengers to avoid employees from chatting, have allowed orkutting!!!
the best thing is you are always connected through orkut..
even if you dont contact one for 6 months...you will be as much connected as u were...and all scraps will update u about the one immediately!!
now ppl chat thru orkut...they share their experiences..snaps..views..testimonials...its very social...
but there is one bad thing..its very uncontrolled...unlimited...any body can see ur profile..all ur scraps and photos....but i guess in near future orkut is going to improve on privacy and security issues. they have already provided facility to get invitations only from friends of friends only.
well ..its a huge success... Google has really put a lot of innovative techniques in place...
